2. When are you available?
Our office operating hours are 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. This is also during these hours when we send you the booking confirmations.

3. Can we also use the manpower of ‘Man with Van London’ when needed?
Yes, you can! When hiring us, ‘1 man’ means a driver who helps you with loading and unloading your goods, therefore please always select minimum one man when asking for quotation.

Please note that we don’t charge VAT and there are no hidden prices, we guarantee our price for the estimated time and we start to charge from the moment our van arrives to the address. There might be additional charges, though, such as:

- Congestions, parking charges and road tolls are not included in our prices. The congestion charge applies between Monday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (£ 11.5). For more information about this please visit the website of Transport For London. After 2 hours we apply a minimum charge, and then you will be charged in half an hour increments.
- If there is no lift, we charge for each extra floor £5 per helping person.
- For journeys over 10 miles there will be a charge of £ 1.5 per mile in addition to the hourly rate. We take the routes recommended by our Satellite Navigation system unless you request otherwise.

We work in all London areas as well as we offer transport from London to any city in the UK or from any city in the UK to London.

6. Do you also store my items?
No, ‘Man with Van London’ only offers pickup and delivery services, we do not store your items.
7. Do you also dissemble and re-mount my furniture if needed?
Yes, our men are equipped and experienced in this, too. In case you require this extra service, please precise in additional information in 2nd step of our booking form, which items shall be dissembled and re-mounted.
8. Do you have guarantee and insurance?
Yes, we do! Our company is fully registered and insured. We work with a carefully selected team of employees; working with trusted men, safety and punctuality are our core values. We respect your belongings and take the best possible care of them. In case you wish to have an additional insurance, please let us know about this request during the quotation.

11. How can I hire you?
Get a quote on our website manvans.co.uk. When you complete the quotation form, our price offer will be shown in only 1 minute. If you accept our price, please complete the booking form. Once the booking form is completed, you will get an e-mail and a text message as a confirmation within 15-30 minutes.
12. How can I pay?
You can pay online by following the payment instructions and also by cash. In the case of paying with cash, you are asked to pay to our driver before unloading your goods.
13. Will I get a receipt after the service is completed?
Yes, ‘Man with Van London’ can issue you a receipt either in electronical form, either on paper.
14. Can we stop between the pick-up address and the final destination?
Yes, additional stops can be included. Please advise us in additional information in 2 step of our booking form. Please provide full postcodes "via" you'd like to drive.
15. Is it possible that I travel in your van with my goods?
Yes, one passenger can always travel in our van.
16. How well in advance shall I book you?
In order to secure our availability, please book as soon as possible.
17. Do I have to be there in person on the day of the moving?
There is no need for you to be there in person, if there is a friend or a family member – over the age of 18 – who can let us in at the pickup address, delivery address and at the additional addresses if there are any.
18. Can I cancel the transport I have already booked?
Yes, you can. If you cancel 48 hours before the pickup date, you will receive a full and immediate refund. When cancelling within 48 hours, our cancellation policy is to be applied. Cancellation fee is one hour service charge.
19. Do you charge extra for multi-storey buildings?
If there is no cargo lift within the premises, we charge £5 for each floor extra per person - one of payments.
